Vodafone-Idea will have an outstanding debt of 2.15 lakh crore as of December 2023.
This includes the spectrum payment of Rs 1.38 lakh crore and the adjusted gross revenues (AGR) responsibility of the government at Rs 69,020 crore.
Also, the company has the option of convertible debentures in the amount of 1,660 crore, in addition to the dues of the financial and banking institutions.

The net loss of the company in the quarter ended December was Rs 6,986 crore.
