13% Share Crash; Now Price ₹100, But Can Go To ₹150; New 2,700 Crore Solar Project

SJVN (NSE: SJVN) Share: Shares of SJVN Limited is in focus today on Wednesday. The company’s shares fell 10.81% in trading today. 

The company’s shares had reached an intraday low of Rs 98.80. Earlier on Tuesday its closing price was Rs 112.45. 

The state-owned producer of power SJVN Ltd, on Wednesday, said it received an intent letter (LOI) for an energy-efficient solar project of 500MW located in Gujarat.

The construction cost of this solar project is ₹2,700 crore.

In an exchange filing that was filed by the power producer in the public sector and distributor announced,

that its renewable energy division SJVN Green Energy Ltd (SGEL) is the recipient of an agreement from Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL) for an energy-efficient solar project of 500MW.

In this GUVNL Phase-XXI. The 500MW power project includes 100MW and 400MW green shoe options.

It is estimated by the company that the development and construction costs of the project are around Rs 2,700 crore. 

The project will be built in GIPCL Solar Park. GIPCL Solar Park is located in Khavra, Gujarat.

Status Of Company’s Shares

SJVN shares last fell 18%. The stock rose 30% in six months. This stock has risen by 220% in a year. 

During this period, this share increased from Rs 31 to the current price. This stock has risen 310% in five years.

Here, market experts say that this stock may rise further in the coming days. According to Prabhudas Lilladher, this share can go up to Rs 146.

 Its 52-week high price is Rs 170.45. Its 52-week low price is Rs 30.39. The market capitalization that the business has is 39,769.53 crore.
