In August 2023, during one of the episodes of his show regarding high profile rape cases, Andrea Giambruno made several comments which were not liked by many netizens and later Andrea was heavily criticized for his remarks. In his remarks, Giambruno claimed that women should be more carefully if they do not want to be raped. He said,
“If you go dancing you are fully entitled to get drunk … but if you avoid getting drunk and losing consciousness, perhaps you’d also avoid getting into trouble, because then you’ll find the wolf”
