In 2021, Annapurna Bhairi accused the director of the Marathi TV serial titled Sahakutumb Sahaparivar of ragging her, mentally torturing her, and even inciting her to commit suicide. Annapurna also accused the show’s lead actress, Nandita Patkar, of insulting her on numerous occasions.
