Reliance Industries (NSE: RELIANCE) has announced via a filing at the stock exchange, that the board of directors of the company has approved the purchase by MSEB Solar Agro Power Limited, and MSKVY Twenty Second Solar SPV Limited of 100% equity from MSEB Solar Agro Power Limited.
