Board Is Planning More Than 100 Rupees Dividend For Investors

Hospital company Aster DM Healthcare (NSE: ASTERDM) can distribute bumper dividends to its investors. Actually, the company’s subsidiary Aster DM Health is going to sell its stake in FZC to GCC Holding Limited.
On January 15, the company informed that the board is planning to use a major part of the upfront payment in this transaction to pay dividends to its shareholders.
For this reason, the investors of the company can earn bumper income in the form of dividends.
What Information Has The Company Given?
In a letter sent to the stock exchange on January 15, Aster DM Healthcare said that the company’s board reviewed the deal for the sale of GCC business between subsidiary Affinity Holdings Private Limited and Alpha GCC Holding Limited and expressed hope that this transaction will be completed soon.
The company has informed that the board wants to use 70 to 80 percent of the upfront payment of this deal to give dividends to the investors.
This will be equivalent to a dividend of Rs 110-120 on each share. The company made it clear that the final decision on the dividend will be taken only when this transaction is completed and the company receives its amount.
The transaction is expected to be completed within this financial year.

The corporate hospital chain Aster DM Healthcare informed the stock exchanges in November that Affinity Holdings Private Limited would sell its stake in Aster DM Healthcare FZC.
The subsidiary is selling this stake to Alpha GCC Holdings for $1.01 billion.
