Don’t Sell This Renewable Energy Share; Note The Share Target ₹2000 And ₹2434

Adani Green Energy Ltd (NSE: ADANIGREEN): Adani Green Energy can raise $500 million through the issuance of dollar bonds in March. In this way, it becomes the only Adani Group company to return to the bond market in foreign currency within a year.

According to reports the company is speaking with investors to obtain details on the foundations and pricing.

Once the understanding of demand and price is established, the company will work out the details and then tap into the market.

Officials have said Adani Green may use some of the profits from the bond issue to pay off its debt, which is due to mature in the year to come.

In January of last year, an investigation from US seller Hindenburg Research caused a decline in bonds and shares listed in the foreign market from Adani Group companies, prompting them to withdraw from the market for foreign currency bonds and to purchase back $315 million in the listed bonds. They were forced to.

However, the majority of the bond’s foreign debt has since returned to levels that were higher than the ones they were trading before they were subject to the Hindenburg report.

The result has been simpler for them to think about the possibility of a new dollar bond.

Access Investors From Hong Kong And Singapore

Adani Green Energy held a non-deal roadshow in January and approached investors from Hong Kong and Singapore.

Without providing details on the date sources told the company is set to begin an event for the bond issue it is planning to launch.

The company is currently in discussions with foreign investors and banks and has yet to hire experts to handle this issue.

According to reports, the spread for Adani Group’s dollar bonds has decreased in comparison to the previous year, which means the deal is likely to be offered at an appropriate cost.

Adani Green Energy recently completed financing to redeem its bonds worth $750 million that are due to mature in September, just eight months before the due date.

The brokerage firm recently upgraded Adani Green’s credit forecast from “Stable” to “negative” due to the company’s greater financial flexibility and lower risk of refinancing following the repayment.

According to the merchant bankers, Adani Transmission, among other businesses of the Adani Group, can also be a part of the market for foreign bonds in the coming year. Experts have set Share Target of ₹2000 And ₹2434 for this share.
