Hidden Share Fell From ₹700 To ₹2, Now Time To Buy, Government Decision Effect

Reliance Communications (NSE: RCOM) share: Share of Anil Ambani’s bankrupt company Reliance Communications witnessed a rocket-like rise on Friday.

What Is The Government’s Decision?

In reality, the government has approved auctions in eight spectrum bands to provide mobile phone services for an initial price of 96,317.65 crore. 

The key point is the fact that Spectrum owned by a few telecom companies that are that are in bankruptcy will also be offered for auction.

The period of these spectrums will expire in the year to come. A session with the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Reliance Communications was held on Friday i.e. today. 

According to the information given by the company, this is the 45th meeting of the COC.

The Board Of Directors Meeting

Recently, Reliance Communications Limited informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on 10 February 2024.

In this meeting, along with other things, the December quarter results of the company released. It will also contain the results of nine months of the current financial year.

Share Is Continuously Giving Profit

On the last trading day of the week, shares of Reliance Communications closed at Rs 2.45, up 4.70%.

This week the stock has given continuous profits to investors and has risen by more than 25 percent compared to BSE Sensex. 

The share price on December 13, 2023, was Rs 2.49, which is 52 weeks high. However, in the year 2008, this share was trading above Rs 700. 

Accordingly, the stock has lost more than 99 percent. Promoter Anil Ambani’s family has less than 2 percent stake in this company.
