Former bodybuilder and fitness expert Greg Doucette made another video about Sam Sulek. The former IFBB champion analyzed the 21-year-old’s uber-popular bodybuilding video. However, at the beginning of the video, Doucette quotes a former platformer about his power of handling.

In his video, the exerciser talks about measuring his grip strength. Sulek said he used a friend’s dynamometer to measure his grip strength after a cardio session. The 21-year-old said he made it “205 lbs” while measuring his left hand grip. Meanwhile, Sam Sulek managed to hit 197 lbs with his right hand. To illustrate this point, Doucette made an interesting analogy.

Is Sam Sulek stronger than the World’s Strongest Man?

Greg Doucette found Sulek’s comments particularly interesting because the fitness coach knows about 2023 WSM winner Mitchell Hooper’s grip strength. The veteran electrician said Sulek made some “great powers.” Doucette also said that if his viewers are questioning whether Sulek’s numbers are amazing, he can put things into perspective.

The fitness coach compared Sulek’s numbers to Mitchell Hooper’s. Doucette revealed that the 21-year-old bodybuilder posted better results than Hooper. At 6’3 and 320 lbs, Mitchell Hooper is taller and heavier than Sulek. However, while playing a video of Hooper doing a dynamometer test, Doucette said the WSM champion managed 185 lbs with his right arm.

Interestingly, Coach Greg was present in the photo when Hooper measured his grip strength. So, Sam Sulek calmed down to hold more than the World’s Strongest Man. Dooucette explained that Sulek not only has good genetics and was a platform swimmer but also has, “very strong” more catching power than almost anyone, including Hooper. However, the remaining analysis was limited.

The former Powerlifter competitor video is the latest in a long line of videos featuring Sam Sulek. Greg Doucette disagreed with many of Sulek’s views. Sulek said a person should try to eat as many calories as possible into their system each day. However, a Canadian fitness expert said that one should think about how they are doing before following the advice of bodybuilders.

Coach Greg said that eating too many calories regardless of the amount of activity can lead to unwanted fat instead of muscle. However, many people online did not take kindly to Doucette’s constant criticism of Sam Sulek. Some fans have suggested that Doucette is biased and highly critical of the 21-year-old.

However, Doucette says his videos on exercise only contradict the scientific evidence. Comparing Sulek’s grip strength to Mitchell Hooper’s is a bodybuilding coach’s piece that puts Sulek’s words and advice into perspective.
