Mukesh Ambani Going To Do Massive Deal; 13% Takeover Plan; Know Share Target After Deal
A major announcement is on the way concerning Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries (NSE: RELIANCE). It has reportedly agreed to buy Paramount Glabol’s part of Viacom18 Media.
For this deal, Reliance Industries will have to spend a total of $ 517 billion (Rs 42.86 billion). Let us tell you, that Paramount Global’s stake in Viacom-18 Media is 13.01 percent.
Viacom-18 currently has a total of 40 channels. The list of these channels includes MTV, Comedy Central, etc.The company is owned by Reliance.
