Next Big Stock Market Rally Is Going To Be Led By This Private Sector Bank

HDFC Bank Ltd (NSE: HDFCBANK): After about 6 days of rise, the stock market closed in a loss on Thursday.

The top gainers of the stock market included shares of Tata Steel, SBI, JSW Steel, and IndusInd Bank, while the top losers of the stock market included shares of BPCL, Coal India, Hero MotoCorp, and NTPC. Sector-wise, media has been among the top losers.

Net interest margin for private banks is improving on a year-on-year basis. The risk-reward ratio has become attractive for private banks.

A brokerage has said that the asset quality of private sector banks with more retail business has improved, but the burden of the unsecured retail loan segment has increased. 

Stock market experts say that shares of ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, HDFC Bank, and Axis Bank can make investors rich in the coming times by giving bumper returns.

Brokerage firm says that there are signs of continued pressure on the earnings of the banking sector, but loan growth is expected to pick up. 

Earnings estimates for private banks have been reduced but investors are still expected to get better returns from their shares.
