Rebel is the latest Tamil movie starring GV Prakash Kumar in the lead role. The film also cast Mamitha Baiju, Venkatesh VP, Shalu Rahim, Karunas, Adhithya Baskar, and others in supporting roles. Debutant Nikesh directed the film, and it was jointly produced by KE Gananvelraja & C V Kumar under the Studio Green and Thirukumaran Entertainment banner. GV Prakash himself composed music for the film.
The new teaser shows a glimpse of GV Prakash being the rebel in the fight for Tamil people who were treated less than slaves in Kerala.

Storyline
The story revolves around a young rebel who fights his people and dies at the hands of enemies. In the film, GV Prakash is a Tamilian who migrated to Kerala during his parent’s time. Due to the language difference, Tamil people are always the targets of the locals; their homes were robbed, and they were discriminated against. His rebellion against the local society is the main crux.

The OTT release date will soon be announced. Amazon Prime Video acquired the streaming rights. It should take at least 30 to 45 days for the film to stream online.
