Retail & Lifestyle Stock Listed Today; EBITDA Could Double by 2028


Raymond Group had decided to separate the lifestyle business. After the demerger, today the share of Raymond Lifestyle has been listed in the market.

Raymond Lifestyle share has been listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).

This retail & lifestyle business was separated from Raymond in July.

The company has taken this decision to unlock shareholders’ value. The share of Raymond Lifestyle was listed on NSE at a price of ₹ 3020 per share.

Raymond Lifestyle shares were listed on BSE at a price of ₹ 3,000 per share.

After this listing, Raymond Group will have two listed companies in the market. On July 4, the board approved the separation of the real estate business into Raymond Realty.

After the necessary regulatory approvals, this company will also be listed on both exchanges.

What Is The Estimate Regarding The Business?

A top brokerage recently attended the investor conference of Raymond Lifestyle.

After this, the brokerage house wrote in a note that Raymond Lifestyle has reiterated its target of achieving 12% to 15% growth in income and doubling EBITDA to ₹ 2000 crores by the financial year 2028.

The note said that many things can help the company to achieve these targets.

The company can benefit from Bangladesh + 1 and China + 1 situation.

Along with new categories like innerwear and sleepwear, the company will also benefit from increasing focus on wedding clothes.

Along with this, doubling the number of exclusive brand outlets to over 900 by 2027 will also help the company achieve its target.

The brokerage house estimates that due to the current situation in Bangladesh, the stronghold of the textile sector, some businesses may shift to India.

Along with this, the domestic sector will also get the benefit of new trade agreements with the UK, EU, and Australia.

Raymond Lifestyle brand names comprise Park Avenue,  Parx, Raymond, Ethnics by Raymond, and ColorPlus.
