Stocks Under ₹150 Offering Dividends and Bonus Shares; ICICI, RailTel, More

Stock Market: The coming week will be quite exciting for earnings season on stock market.

Companies such as ICICI Bank, RailTel, Concor, and Coal India, among others, will likely be on the radar in the coming weeks as they near their record dates for dividends, bonuses, and the purpose of a stock split.

It’s the period that was set by the company to decide the shareholders eligible to avail of the deal. It’s offering dividends and bonus shares of the stocks that are under Rs 150.

Shares must be held within the Demat account at the time of the date of record to be qualified for a buyback offer or bonus issue stock split.

Here’s a list of shares that are nearing record dates for a variety of corporate actions scheduled for this week:

Monday, August 12: Dividend

Computer Age Management Services (CAMS) announced an interim dividend of Rs 11 per share.

ICICI Bank had declared an official dividend of Rs 10 per share to eligible shareholders. Directors from India declared a final dividend of 0.75 rupees for each share.

The board of directors at NHPC Limited declared a final dividend in the amount that is 0.50 rupees per share. Rossel India will pay an amount of 0.30 rupees for each share.

Styrenics Performance Materials announced an official dividend of Rs 28 per share. The board members at UPL Limited declared a final dividend of 1 rupee per share for eligible shareholders.

Tuesday, August 13: Dividend

Bandhan Bank declared a final dividend of 1.5 rupees.

Committed Cargo Care declared a dividend of Rs 0.5 per share for all eligible shareholders. Board Members of Dhunseri Ventures declared a final dividend of 5 rupees per share.

The Dhunseri Ventures board declared a final dividend of Rs 5 per share. EIH Associated Hotels declared a final dividend of 6 rupees per share.

The board members at Fine Organic Industries declared a dividend of Rs 10 per share to the eligible shareholders.

The Board of Heritage Foods declared an amount of 2.5 rupees per share. Hindcon Chemicals will pay a dividend of 0.1 rupees per share.

Hallmark Opto-Mechatronics has declared the final dividend amounting Rs 0.4 per share. IKIO Lighting declared a final dividend of 1 rupee.

Lloyds Metal & Energy Sigma Solve announced an amount of 0.5 rupees. SJS Enterprises’ board is set to pay 2 rupees per share, as the final dividend shareholders who are eligible.

Great Eastern Shipping Company (GRSC) announced a figure of 9 rupees for each share.

Bonus

Milkfood Limited will issue bonus shares at a ratio of 1:1. The record date is on the 13th of August.

Stock Split

Milkfood Limited will also reduce the worth of shares it holds from Rs 10 per share down to 5 rupees per share. The date of record for this reduction is the 13th of August.

Wednesday, August 14: Dividend

Bharat Electronics (BEL) announced the final payout of 0.8 rupees per share.

Dhunseri Investments declared a final dividend of Rs 2.5 per share.

EPL Limited will pay a dividend of 2.3 rupees per share. Gujarat Pipavav Port declared the final dividend of Rs 3.7 per share to those shareholders who are eligible.
