Ambani Is Ready To Buy This ₹8 Penny Stock; Do You Have?

Future Supply Chain Solutions Ltd (NSE: FSC): If all goes well, Mukesh Ambani may receive a cheque from Kishore Biyani’s Future Group company Future Supply Chain Solutions. 

Future Supply Chain Solutions’ lenders have time to review the bids from Reliance Retail Ventures. NCLT was given 45 days. 

Tatkal Loan India, in addition to Reliance Retail Ventures and Future Supply Chain Solutions, also bid on the Future Supply Chain Solutions.

A Formal Appeal Has Been Made

Through his lawyer, Rajan Rawat had requested an extension from NCLT of 45 days. 

Rawat argued that two potential resolution applicants have submitted their bids and they have already begun discussions with two bidders to increase the value of their proposal. 

In addition to Reliance Retail Ventures, Tatkal Loan India, One City Infrastructure, Globe Ecology Trucks Logistics Solutions, and Sugana Metals have expressed interest in purchasing the company via the bankruptcy process.

What Is The Amount Owed To Whom By The Company?

DHL E-Commerce India Pvt Ltd filed a petition on January 5, last year, requesting the insolvency of Future Supply Chain Solutions. 

The company defaulted on about Rs 7.26 crore. The total sanctioned liability of the company is Rs 885 crore. 

Azim Premji Trust (274 crores), DFC First Bank 158 crores), JC Flowers Asset Reconstruction 63 crores and State Bank of India 45 crores are the major creditors of this bankrupt company.

Share Price

Future Supply Chain Solutions’s share price was Rs 8.15. The stock is at its 52-week low. 

In March of last year, the share reached a level of Rs 18.20. The stock also surpassed its 52-week peak.
