On Thursday, the share of IEC Education Ltd hit an upper circuit of 10 percent and reached 4 rupees (Rs 3.52), which is its all-time high.

In the last five days, the share of IEC Education Ltd has increased by 52 percent and it has given strong returns to the investors. 

In the last month, the stock of IEC Education Ltd has climbed 100 percent. A month ago, the share of this company was just Rs 1.77.

Reason For The Rise In Share

As soon as Nirmala Sitharaman started delivering the budget speech in the House, the stock market started diving, but while the market was trading in red, the share of IEC Education Ltd was looking bright. 

The announcement was huge in the budget that triggered this surge. Nirmala Sitharaman stated during the fiscal year that Indian institutions will now provide loans of up to Rs 10 lakh for students seeking further education.

After this announcement made by the Finance Minister, the share of IEC Education Ltd related to education jumped and reached its highest level.

Focus On Education And Skill Development

In presenting the budget Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, ‘I am announcing financial aid for loans that are up to 10 lakh to help students attend higher education in the domestic universities’.

For this purpose, 1 lakh students per year will be directly given E-vouchers for a 3 percent annual interest discount on the loan amount. 

She also stated that our government is committed to the complete and sustainable development of all populations, including women, youth, and farmers people who are poor.

To ensure social justice holistically an integrated strategy will be taken to encompass all people who are eligible through various programs such as health and education programs that help them improve their capacities.
