5722% Bumper Return; ₹1280 And ₹1400 Share Price Target; Better Than Expected Business

Bharti Airtel (NSE: BHARTIARTL) Stocks to Buy: After the third quarter (Q3FY24) results of Bharti Airtel stock, global brokerage houses have released their investment strategy.

The company’s results in the December 2023 quarter was good. Net profit has increased by 54 percent. 

Whereas the income has also increased by 5.8 percent. There was a growth of 11.4 percent (YoY) in the company’s Indian business revenue.

In the past calendar year, the investors received over 40 percent return from this stock. This share has given 5722.14% return so far.

Bharti Airtel: Price Will Go Up To ₹1400

Global brokerage has advised to buy Bharti Airtel. In addition, the target price per share was raised from Rs 1280 up to 1400. Another Brokerage has given an ‘Equalweight’ rating to Airtel with a target of 1022 rupees.

The brokerage says that the performance has been stable. India Mobile business revenue and EBITDA were better than expected. 

Cash flow is strong. Brokerage has given a “neutral” opinion about Bharti Airtel with a target of 1120 rupees. 

Another has recommended buying with a target of 1275. On February 5, 2024, the share price closed at Rs 1116. 

The price has risen by over 40 percent over 1 year. Whereas the stock has given around 25 percent return in 6 months.

Bharti Airtel: How Was The Q3 Results?

Bharti Airtel’s net profit in the third quarter (Q3FY24) has increased by 54 percent to Rs 2,442.2 crore. At the same time, the company’s income has increased by 5.8 percent. 

At the same time, the revenue of Indian business has registered a growth of 11.4 percent on an annual basis in this quarter. 

In the last quarter under review, Airtel’s revenue from its India business grew by 11.4 percent year-on-year, to Rs 2781 crore.

Airtel’s integrated operating income has increased by 5.8 percent on an annual basis to Rs 37,899.5 crore. 

In the previous period of December 20, 2022, this number was 35,804.4 crore. The average earnings per customer (ARPU) of the company in the country has increased by 7.7 percent. 

A year ago it was Rs 193, which has now increased to Rs 208. Airtel’s operating profit (Airtel Q3 Results EBITDA) in the third quarter stood at Rs 20,044 crore.

 Airtel’s operating profit from Indian business was Rs 15 thousand crores.
