Power sector: In the last few years, the power sector has been seen touching new heights, the reason behind which is said to be the increasing energy consumption in the country.

There are many companies related to the power sector in our country, which are seen working hard to expand their business.

However, some companies are seen paying maximum attention to the field of renewable energy along with traditional energy.

JSW Energy Will Acquire

JSW Energy has been seen joining the acquisition race along with 15 companies like Jindal Power, Adani Power, Vedanta Group, Torrent Power, and government company NTPC.

This acquisition is likely to be made by the debt-ridden Sinnar Thermal Power near Nashik in Maharashtra. An official expression of interest was submitted in support of its acquisition.

This power plant was developed by a company called Indiabulls Power with a power generation capacity of 1350 MW, it is a unique power producer in our country.

An employee of Sinnar Thermal Power has said that the specialty of this plant is that it is spread over 1600 acres, out of which only 110 acres have been acquired at present.

That means, if a company is successful in buying this plant, then it can use the remaining land to produce more energy in addition to 1350 MW.

But to operate this project and increase its production capacity, there may be a problem with coal supply, the company that solves this problem will be favorable for this plant.
