51,343 Crore Market Cap Railway PSU Stock Got 193 Crore Order From Rajasthan State Electricity Transmission Corporation

Railway PSU stock: Railway PSU Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (NSE: RVNL) has received an order.

The company informed the stock market on Tuesday (March 12). After the order, there was a good recovery in the shares of Multibagger Railway PSU RVNL from lower levels. 

Shareholders in RVNL have made good money in the long run. The RVNL share price has returned approximately 650 percent to its shareholders in the past two years. 

RVNL Order Details: Order Worth Rs193 Crore

RVNL told the stock exchange that the company has received an order worth Rs 193 crore from Rajasthan State Electricity Transmission Corporation. 

The company has received this order to install 8 grid substations (GSS). 

These substations are Arnod, Chitamba, Deori, Jarkhoda, Pilwa Nari, Ralawata, Siswali and Tarnau. 

This order includes the supply of all equipment/materials along with civil work and commissioning for GSS.

Rvnl: Shares Rose 650% In 2 Years

The stock of Railway PSU RVNL has jumped 270 percent in a year. Whereas in 2 years it has given a return of about 650 percent to the investors.

In 3 months, the stock returned 38 percent. It has also increased by 45 percent over the past six months. 

The RVNL share price has increased 35 percent so far this year. In the 52-week period, the high is 345.60 and the low is 60.30.

RVNL’s market capitalization is Rs 51,343 crore. The stock closed on March 12, 2024, at 243.95.

RVNL shares saw a recovery from lower levels in Tuesday’s trading. Trading started with a slight rise in Railway PSU shares at 250.35. 

It fell to 239.40 in the trading session. Later, while recovering, a high of 252.50 was made. The share price closed at Rs. 243.95.

The company was incorporated on 24.01.2003 and became fully operational after the appointment of all Directors of the Board in March 2005.

RVNL implements projects by awarding contracts on a turnkey basis to international norms and practices. 

Additionally, 5 Workshop Projects and one cable bridge with a stayed structure have been completed.

The projects are currently being implemented by 36 PIUs scattered across the nation. 

RVNL is also an Equity Part of an SPV that includes 12 major Ports under the Ministry of Shipping.

RVNL has managed to attract an investment of 6,139 crores. The RVNL/HSRC was tasked to conduct feasibility studies of HSR corridors that run between Mumbai and Chennai, Delhi Amritsar, Delhi Kolkata, and Delhi-Mumbai.
