Dr Hill lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with her husband Greg Holmes, who is also a Lion and a past district governor. They have two children: Daisuke Akasaka, who lives in Japan with his wife Beth Munroe; and Kelsey Holmes-Hill, who lives in Canada with her husband Ryan Hill.
