Prabhas’Salaar: Part One- Leaving the FireThe film is all set to take over the box office when it releases in theaters on December 22. The film has recorded massive advance booking numbers, already selling 6,78,292 tickets and collecting Rs 14.88 crore on day 1. Now, remembering the rush. because of the tickets and the huge fanfare of the show, the Telangana government has issued a license to Mythri Movie Distributors for “extended show, benefit show and increased ticket prices”. The notification said that the government “after careful investigation of the matter, allows to allow 6 shows at 4.00 am on 22.12.2023 in Telangana State Lettuce film and the price hike is Rs.65/- and Rs.100/- per single screen and multiplexes respectively from 22.12.2023 to 28.12.2023 in the entire state of Telangana.”
The government also gave permission to the makers to screen the film as part of a benefit show in many theaters in Hyderabad. According to the notification, the exhibition will be held from 1.00 am onwards on December 22 (Friday). Based on Prabhas’ massive following in Telangana and the sensational success of Prashanth Neel’s. KGF in the Telugu states, the frenzy surrounding the film is no surprise.
Meanwhile, the first ticket of the movie was officially bought by actor SS Rajamouli in Hyderabad. Sharing a picture of a special moment featuring Prabhas, Prashanth Neel, and Prithviraj Sukumaran with Rajamouli, Hombale Films wrote: “Legendary Director SS Rajamouli Garu has bought the first ticket #SalarCeaseFire to the Nizam.”
