Jeremy Moussa initially signed with Hawaii in 2018, where he redshirted his freshman year. He played in two games for the Rainbow Warriors in 2019, completing 4 of 9 passes for 21 yards. However, he decided to transfer to San Bernardino Valley College in California for his sophomore year, where he had a breakout season.
He led the Wolverines to a 9-2 record and a conference title, throwing for 3,179 yards and 37 touchdowns with only nine interceptions. He also completed 53 percent of his passes and averaged 289 yards per game.
