My Hero Academia season 7 reveals trailer, release date, and more at Jump Festa 2024 » Today Latest Stories

Fans eagerly awaiting updates on the next installment of Kohei Horikoshi’s popular manga series can rejoice My Hero Academia season 7 will be released at the end of 2024. This exciting announcement was made at the Jump Festa 2024 event, which took place on Saturday, December 16, 2023. A promotional video that previews the upcoming season was also shown at the event.

Several well-known musicians, including Daiki Yamashita, Kenta Miyake, Nobuhiko Okamoto, Ayane Sakura, and Kouki Uchiyama, showed their presence at the event. They looked back nine years ago My Hero Academia present at Jump Festa and share interesting facts about the series, such as discussions with mangaka and the anime community.

But there are other things, like on the side My Hero Academia Season 7’s new trailer was also announced at the event. Here’s everything.


My Hero Academia Season 7 is a new movie arriving in 2024

The My Hero Academia The Super Stage at Jump Festa 2024 provided some interesting information and details about how the series began. For example, fans noticed that detective Naomasa Tsukauchi was originally cast as All For One’s assistant, and Endeavor was originally supposed to die in season 6. However, Horikoshi decided against these decisions. The most important announcements, however, were related to what is coming in 2024.

Chief among the Super Stage announcements was the release date announcement for My Hero Academia season 7. The next episode will begin on May 4, 2024. This season will begin with the Star and Stripe Arc, which features a student of All Might, an American Hero known as Star and Stripe. The actor, voiced by the excellent voice actor Romi Park, is expected to play a pivotal role in the upcoming series.

The sequel will lead to a definitive battle between the UA High Students and the villains led by All For One, as teased in the promotional video. The show will air on Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV, with new episodes airing every Saturday at 5:30 PM JST.

Before the launch of the new season, a special episode of four episodes, called Memories My Hero Academiawill be aired on April 6, 13, 20, and 27. These episodes will not only tell about the series but will also feature new photos.

A new movie, called My Hero Academia The Movie 4will be released in the summer of 2024, giving fans a long list of things to look forward to in the coming year.

However, in his vague message given at Jump Festa 2024, Horikoshi did not mention the ending of the manga. It was previously thought that the manga would end in 2023.

This time he hinted at the possibility of the series continuing until 2025. In celebration of Jump Festa 2024, Horikoshi also shared an illustration featuring Ochaco, Deku, All Might, Bakugo, and Shigaraki, each shown in a new way.
