Shah Rukh Khan and Prabhas are all set for a box office battle with Dunki Vs Salaar. While the former will be released on December 21, the latter will hit the theaters the next day on December 22. The Baahubali starrer is ruling the overseas market for sure and seems to be at the forefront of this clash of titans. Meanwhile, Prabhas promises a 100+ million start. With figures for only four markets, he stands $1.55 million advance booking.
According to a detailed report by business analyst Nishit Shaw, Salaar collected here $1.13 million from the North American region. Even though the beast is already there, he signed up $210K in the UK, $75K from the Middle East, and $135K from the Australian territory.
While the star is gathered around $1.55 million from these four regions, guaranteeing a 100+ crore worldwide opening for Salaar. This will be Prabhas’ fourth 100+ crore opening.
Prabhas’ 100 Crore Opening Grossers
The blockbuster registered its first 100+ crore opening with Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, which was 213 million opener! Prabhas’ second highest opening and highest grossing film. His second highest opener of 100+ crore was Adipurush, which collected 140 million worldwide on Day 1. The third 100-crore opener is Saaho, which collected 126 million around the world on the first day.
Dunki’s Overseas Advance Booking
