“This is the current status of AC 1st tier at Mahananda 15483. I request the management to check this immediately as we do not feel safe paying more for this,” Raj wrote.
“If the TTE/RPF on board doesn’t address this issue, keep pulling the string to get their attention. I’m sure the RPF will sort this out. Although this shouldn’t be happening in the first place,” one user commented.
Raj said they called the Railway Protection Force on 139 and their personnel came to one of the stations to clear the congestion but the stop was only for two minutes so they could not enter.
“Why do I suddenly feel like AC trainers entering unreservedly have increased? Does it seem like a pattern?” Another user said. Another person wrote: “This is absolutely pathetic… 1AC tickets are close to the price of an airline ticket… and this is the service we get.”
Railway Seva’s X account (@RailwaySeva) also responded to the tweet and asked it to share flight details like PNR/UTS number and mobile number via direct message.
